One connected workflow

About OpenComment

LinkedIn discovery, monitoring, and engagement.

Why we are building OpenComment

OpenComment was founded in 2024 around a simple observation: the context for a relevant next move already exists in public activity, but teams often manage it across disconnected tools.

We connect discovery, monitoring, and engagement around the person and the public conversation. Find relevant people, follow their updates, contribute when useful, and revisit recorded interactions.

Useful context. Thoughtful participation.

Help sales teams build context before outreach, founders research their market, and marketing teams take part in relevant industry discussions. Monitoring and observation are useful outcomes in their own right.

Choose the part that fits your work.

Use Contact Sources, standalone Post Monitor, multi-round campaigns, and recorded conversation history together or independently. Comment profiles guide suggestions; the Chrome extension keeps every posting run user-started.

Install the Chrome extension
Contact Sources
Discover through Lead Search, Apollo, Manual Import, Keyword Search, Conference Search, or AI Discovery. Review candidates before saving to Contact Lists.
Standalone Post Monitor
Follow prospects, clients, industry voices, or competitors through Monitor Lists. Use public updates for observation, research, or a relevant contribution.
Multi-round campaigns
Select saved contacts and plan scheduled Monitoring Rounds. Prepare contextual comments, then choose individual review or explicitly start a bounded Auto Submit run.
Recorded conversation history
Keep prepared, sent, and synced distinct. Review available public replies, reactions, impressions, and recorded interactions before your next move.

What guides the product

  • Start with relevance. Public context gives you a reason to pay attention and something useful to contribute.
  • Keep control explicit. Review suggestions individually or explicitly start a bounded Auto Submit run.
  • Work from public LinkedIn activity. OpenComment does not require LinkedIn credentials or send DMs.
  • Keep the scope clear. Prepared, sent, and synced are separate states; recorded interactions are not a complete CRM or private-message history.
